Goody two shoes

Two new pairs of shoes. I think this is the third time this week I've purchased a new pair, well pairs in this case, of shoes. I must be done, this is getting rather ridiculous. But I can't help it. Every shoe I see, I need it. Ugh. It's a good thing I don't have a lot of money because we all know what I'd blow it on.

I'm gonna kick yo ass.

Happy late Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you ate lots and lots of dinner and pie. I got some new boots over Thanksgiving break, always exciting. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them. They were only 20 bucks though, so I think I might just keep them anyway. Do you like them or not?

Let me take you down..

Well I was super excited to see Twilight on Thursday night. It just really sucks that it was not as good as I thought it was going to be. Edwards character was poorly developed, they relied on readers to understand the intense emotions and "should have been there" descriptions, the music was odd, the actors provided unintentionally funny moments, and the entire movie was very rushed. I really like this review on it, some of the phrases the critics use are phrases I really agree with, especially Christy Lemire. Oh well. I just hope that Catherine Hardwicke doesn't direct the next one, New Moon.

Anyway, Sarah and I dressed up yet again. We wanted to experiment with crazy makeup, this is what we got.

Quickly before bed

Thank goodness this week is almost over. It has been really difficult. Tomorrow I get to go see Twilight though and I am so so excited! We're going into the city to see the midnight show, then we get to wake up for school on Friday..not so yay. But oh well, I've stayed up that late doing projects or just randomly choosing to do so if I watch a movie in my room. So yeah I shouldn't have any trouble getting to school on Friday with a whopping 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Not to pull a High School Musical, but we're all in this together. I'm not sleeping and neither is anyone else in my little group of friends. I actually don't even know who is going tomorrow haha. She got like ten tickets, but I'm not sure who each belongs to. Guess I'll find out tomorrow, and it's a good thing I can make friends.

Here's my grand outfit for today. School just rocks.

and i found a faux fur vest in my moms closet. no sure if i like it or not, i wish it wasn't so flat and was a little more glamorous.

I feel a little fash bot in that picture..

Oh and I've been ripping out those samples of perfume from my magazines..yeah I would.. anyway, I'm trying to decide on a new signature scent since my current signature scent no longer exists. I really like Miss Dior Cheri and Princess. I'm trying the Juicy one tomorrow. What's your favorite of all perfumes? Suggestions for me?

Charley, rest in peace

So Friday night finally came along after a seemingly long three day week. I was just hanging at a friends house when we all heard about an accident that happened along one of the main streets. I wasn't too worried about it because I figured it was probably no big deal and probably wasn't anyone that I knew. Turns out my assumption was wrong. The accident involved a friend of mine and his girlfriend. Sadly, they both were killed in the crash. I can't even begin to describe the impact that his death has had on our school and town. Yesterday night, a lot of people from my school came to stand by the crash site. It was so sad and wonderful at the same time, to see the students that care about him gathered on the side of a road. It never really hit me until today. I was looking at pictures and hundreds of people continue to talk to him on facebook and myspace, leaving him messages of goodbye and regular conversation. Looking through my own photos, I even found some old pictures of him and me in sixth grade. He had such a influence on my life throughout that year. He was so outgoing and caring, he taught me to be myself and to let go, he was my friend, a snowboarder, a brother, a son, a field trip square dancing partner, and the life of the class. Charley was such a wonderful person and it's not fair that he was taken away. It's snowing right now, and that's from him. Shred it man. Love you Charley, I'll miss you.

Those summer nights

As winter is slowly rolling in, I get all giddy at the thought of Christmas. Christmas means cookies, snow, skiing, hot chocolate, gift giving, ice skating, going to Buca, family parties, Christmas parties in general, cold weather gear, fires, and people singing Christmas carols because everyone knows this is the one time of the year that they can sing horribly and get away with it. However, with another hopefully glorious, cheery winter on the way, I begin to miss what summer brought for me. The sun in my face as I step outside into the warm air, beaches, popcicles, carefree attitudes, and tans. Don't get me wrong, I love all that winter brings and I' am excited for it to come, however, I always miss what summer offered and I enjoy reflecting upon those carefree days.

Kennywood: A wonderful theme park, summer tradition.

Water skiing with my girls

Summer concerts: John Mayer 08

Vacations: Arizona and Topsail

Bring on the cold weather.

Ask me about my weiner!

Well. My sister was a hot dog for Halloween and she left her costume on the couch so I decided to put it on. Then I also decided that it would be a really good idea to put a rubber band around the spray thing in the sink so anyone who turned on the sink would get attacked by water. It ended up being my mom and then she made me clean up all the water on the floor..I was still wearing the hot dog suit.

It reminds me of Accepted when he's shouting, "Ask me about my weiner!!"

Red, orange, and yellow.

I was driving home from school and everything looked so pretty. I know, I probably shouldn't be taking pictures while I'm driving, but oh well, I have no legit excuse for my actions. The leaves are changing but the trees are still full so the colors just burst; I wanted to capture it. I love fall time because it's the perfect temperature and there's so much you can do and wear. It's just a shame that the weather doesn't last all that long. I'm guessing maybe a month and then it starts to get really cold.

I scream, you scream

I had some ice cream tonight, even though I definitely think I might be a little lactose intolerant. Nevertheless, it was delicious. I think I'll have Oreos while I'm watching House tonight.

Here are some better pictures of my Halloween costume too, I forgot I took these:

I was a flapper. Yes, my friend was spiderman hah

I ended up having a big party at my house and it turned out pretty well considering that people I had never even seen before were there. I swear they probably didn't know my name so I have no idea how they got to my house haha oh well, more the merrier right? It took a while to get everything ready, I decorated a lot and made cupcakes and basically all of the food.
